I started listening to sound baths during a difficult season of loss, when the anxiety had me up most nights.

I prayed for stillness, and somewhere in there I found crystal singing bowls.

God met me in that quiet, and playing these bowls has only deepened it. “Be still, and know that I am God” is the verse I keep returning to when I hear the notes come together.
