Hi, I’m Gracelyn

WELCOME

I’m a wife, a girl mom, and an Alpharetta native.

Most days you’ll find me chasing my toddler around, lighting a candle, and trying to make space for a little quiet.

I started listening to sound baths after losing both of my parents within two years of each other. Becoming a mother without my mom here changed everything. I had so much love and support around me, but the anxiety still had me up most nights.

I prayed for stillness, and somewhere in there I found crystal singing bowls. God met me in that quiet, and it’s the verse I keep returning to when I hear the notes come together:

“Be still, and know that I am God.” Psalm 46:10

This is a safe place to rest and set down some of what you’re carrying. Whether you’re walking through loss, adjusting to motherhood, or just need to slow down, you’re welcome here. I pray it brings you back to the peace already in you.
